Antonio "Tony" Juarez, 56, Minot, died Saturday, October 23, 2021, at his niece's residence in Surrey.
Antonio (Tony) was born January 23, 1965 in Williston, ND to Domingo Juarez Sr. and Mary Rose (Longee) Kollman. He attended Elementary school in Williston, ND, Middle school in Granville, ND and High school in Fort Totten, ND. He completed one year of General Studies at Fort Peck Community College.
Tony was a Truck driver, Laborer and Welder by trade. He worked for E.W. Wylie, UAP Ostlund, Craig Richard's, Terramarc/Crary, Phoenix International and Lynne's Welding. Tony was a dedicated and hard worker.
Tony enjoyed spending time at the park, attending powwows, being outside, playing with Minty (Teryn's dog), playing around on the guitar, listening to K-Love and reading his Bible. Tony loved attending church and was strong in his faith. While living in Valley City, ND, Tony was baptized at the New Life Assembly of God by Pastor Lucas Aufenkamp.
Tony always seeked out opportunities to spend time with family and make great memories with and bring smiles to the faces of the children around him. We will miss Tony's smile, wonderfully blunt humor and his ability to brighten the room with his laughter.
Tony's loving family includes his son Louis (Erin Follete) Ogle, Poplar, MT, mother Rose Kollman, Williston, ND; siblings Wilma (Arvin) Huravitch, Williston, ND, Gerald Longee, Grand Forks, ND, Domingo Jr. (LuAnn) Juarez, Minot, ND, Juan (Cheyenne) Juarez, Denver, CO and Guadalupe (Darnell) Crawford, Grand Forks, ND; grandchildren Mary, Charizma, Lilou and Louis Jr. Ogle; aunts Hazel, Mildred, and Verlynn Longee, all of Poplar, MT; numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Tony was preceded in death by his father, Domingo Juarez Sr., brother Alberto "Beto" Juarez, sister Rosa Juarez, aunts Wilma Feather and Hazel Longee, uncles Alfred, Merle, Allen and Charles Longee, cousin Delphine Plainbull and nephew Reuben Black Dog.
