Andrew Christian "Bud" Warke, 95, Minot died on Saturday, April 28, 2018 in a Minot healthcare center.

Andrew was born on April 19, 1923 in Edinburgh, ND to Ben and Anna (Jensen) Warke. He was reared and educated in Edinburgh and graduated from Edinburgh High School in 1941. He continued his education at North Dakota State University for one year and Minot State University for two years.

Andrew married Rita Gau on February 18, 1950. They made their home in Minot where he was self employed as a salesman of vending machines and owned and operated Western Vending Supply for many years. Rita died on June 13, 1970. Bud had continued to reside in Minot.

Andrew was a member of First Lutheran Church - Minot and a former member of the Eagles Aerie. His hobbies and special interests included reading and caring for his German Shepherds.

Andrew's loving family includes his daughter Mary (David) Feltman of Fargo and a sister: Audrey (Jim) Olson of Minot as well as several nieces and nephews.

Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, wife and sister and brother-in-law , Margaret and Cyril Moore.

Graveside Service: Friday, May 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Rosehill Memorial Park.
Interment will be in Rosehill Memorial Park - Minot.
Booksigning: Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Thomas Family Funeral Home - Minot.
Memorials are preferred to First Lutheran Church, Minot.
