Andrea Ruth Bailey, 51, Minot, died Saturday, April 14, 2018 in a Minot hospital.

Andrea was born July 11, 1966 in Port Jefferson, NY, the daughter of George Allen Jr. and Catherine (Damino) Bailey. At an early age she moved with her parents to Palm Springs, California where she was reared and educated.

Andrea had three children and her favorite thing in the world was to be a mom. She was employed as a telemarketer for Pro-Mark One and Choice Hotels for a time before becoming the Deli Manager at B&D Market. Having the privilege to serve people who enjoyed her food was very gratifying for her. She loved cooking and music.

Andrea had a loving and caring heart and was always willing to help and serve others. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchild Devlin Dupont. She also enjoyed her many friends she has made over the years here in Minot that she made into her extended family.

Andrea's loving family includes her daughters: Karen Hess, Ellicott City MD and Emily Hutchins, Minot, ND; grandchildren: Devlin DuPont and Tallie Hess siblings: Jud (Cindy) Bailey, Palm Springs, CA, Liz Weber, Palm Desert, CA and Jeff (Kim) Bailey, Chevy Chase, MD and numerous nieces and nephews.

Andrea was preceded in death by her parents, and son: Samuel Berger at the age of three months.

Celebration of Life Service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018 in the chapel of Thomas Family Funeral Home, Minot.
