Andre Champieux-Miller , 76, Minot, died Friday, December 29, 2023 in her daughter's home surrounded by her family and best friend.
Andre was born on July 25, 1947 in Lynwood, CA, to Arthur and Phyllis (Stuart) Champieux. She was reared and educated in Orange County (Buena Park), California. She graduated from Western High School in 1965. After graduating she was employed at Pacific Telephone in California.
In 1976 Andre moved to North Dakota where she attended Minot State University. During this time she worked for Easter Seals, where she provided care for those in need for the next 17 years. She would go on to work for Minot State University as an administrative assistant for 13 years until her retirement in 2014.
Andre enjoyed many hobbies including pottery, gardening, and playing volleyball. She was actively involved with the Ward County Historical Society. She treasured the times traveling the United States with her companion Dan in their antique cars. Her children and grandchildren were the love of her life.
Andre is survived by her daughters, Dawn (Dean) Tiger, San Antonio, TX, and Kimberly (Justin) Pfeilschiefter, Velva, ND; grandchildren, Kayla Pfeilschiefter, Zachory Eggers, Hope Eggers, and Madison Pfeilschiefter; great grandchild, Ellanor Salwey; siblings, Wendy Bress, Carson City, NV and David (Terri) Champieux, Tehachapi, CA, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Dennis Bress and son Joshua Miller.

Graveside Service: May 24, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
