Adam John Rosal , 44, Minot and San Diego, CA died Monday, August 19, 2024 in a Minot hospital.
Adam was born November 15, 1979, in San Diego, CA to Stanley and Paula (Owen) Rosal. He moved with his family to Fort Totten, ND as a third grader. He attended elementary school at Minnie H. Elementary and graduated from Devils Lake High School in 1997.
Following high school he enlisted in the US Navy. Adam entered active duty service on October 8, 1998, serving his country honorably during Operation Enduring Freedom as an AWV1. He was honorably discharged on August 28, 2012, with a permanent disability sustained during his service to his country.
He returned to his family roots in San Diego, CA. Adam was once joined in marriage to Yuriko Takei in San Diego. They were blessed with three sons, Adam Jr., Jonas Kaito, and Owen Akito.
He enjoyed skateboarding, playing guitar, watching movies, time with loved ones, and had an appreciation for all forms of art. Adam will be remembered for his gentle smile and devotion to his family.
Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents John Owen, Monico and Kathryn (McKay) Rosal.
Adam is survived by his sons Jonas Kaito, Adam Jr. and Owen Akito, San Diego, CA; parents Stanley and Paula Rosal, San Diego, CA; maternal grandmother Dolores Owen, San Diego, CA ; brother Todd Rosal and his wife Jessica Rosal, San Diego, CA.
