MessageI was with the North Dakota Highway Patrol in Minot from 1976-1979. Vern was always willing to give us a helping hand, not to mention a little bit of a bad time. I always enjoyed visiting with him. Hopefully we will meet again. Rest in Peace Vern.

MessageTo Vernon's family, I was a little girl with my twin Brother and we were walked to school with Vernon at Antelope. I always thought he was the "big" boy. My dad worked with Vernon's dad John at the store in Antelope. I am sorry about Vernon's death. I have fond memories of Vernon as well as the rest of his family. Arlene Erbstoesser Helling and Dean.
